Terms of Sale

Minimum Order:       $75.00 for each individual order, All discontinued and seasonal merchandise sales are final                                                              

Payment: *               Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, wire transfer, PayPal.

                                 No discount on credit card payment and wire, No C.O.D.

Credit Policy:           For consideration of payment terms, customer must first prepay 3 orders fully paid by credit

                                 cards and applying for credit terms complete and return to Mitili Paper

Damage/ Shortage:  Product damage or shortage must be reported to MITILI PAPER not later than 2 business days

                                 after receipt. Otherwise no credit will be issue

Deposit:                    50% deposit on all special order and / or customized item, due at order confirmation

Carrier:                    We ship our product via UPS / FedEx on regular ground basis. Per request, we can ship with

                                 common carrier. Freight costing is based on the total cubic feet and density of the product(s)

                                 being shipped

Freight Charges       All goods are sold FOB origin, which is usually Seattle. New Jersey.

                                 Freight charges are not included in our prices and are added to all orders.

Shipping Lead Time:  On stocked item, orders will generally be processed and shipped same or next day.

RETURN POLICY

Contact customer service if you wish to return merchandise. You may return unused merchandise within 10 days of the date you received it, with the following exceptions and conditions:

• Prior to returning your merchandise, you must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• With development of gluten free program, risks of contact with allergen ingredients, beyond our control, we do not accept merchandise returns and / or returned goods for refund for all open cases / packaging. . The product must be returned in its original packaging, insured for its full value
• Returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• On custom items, discontinued items, and seasonal merchandises, sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

• All refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made.  Please note; for payments made by check Mitili Paper may withhold the refund for up to 30 days to ensure the original payment has been properly cleared through our bank. Customers agree not to initiate credit card charge back without the written approval of Mitili Paper.
